| The mission
of Desoto Sunrise Homes is to present the hope of Christ to youth
in a safe and structured environment, and to facilitate behavioral
changes and emotional development, which empower children and families
to succeed. We've enlisted the help of many competent individuals,
whose hard work and dedication will ensure the realization of these
goals. |

David
R. Donaldson, Ph.D., serves as President for Desoto
Sunrise Homes. He has been a Desoto County resident
for over 36 years.
David
has over 15 years of experience in logistics, human
resources, operations management and is a skilled
negotiator who has owned and operated a small business
consluting firm for over five years. He has served
in a managerial capacity for fortune 500 companies,
with fiduciary responsibilities for over one hundred
and thrity employees and annual operating budgets
exceeding 5 million dollars. |

| He
is also the founder and president of Christian Counseling
Ministries of Southaven, a ministry that has grown to
include seven staff counselors and over two thousand
completed sessions annually. |
 |
| Educational
Experience and Training:
- Doctorate
in Philosophy in Biblical Counseling and Master
of Arts Degree, Biblical Studies from Trinity Theological
Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana
- Bachelors
Degree in Christian Ministry with a dual major in
Christian Education from Mid-South Christian College
in Memphis, Tennessee
- Served
as an Adjuct Instructor of Small Group Ministries
at Mid-South Christian College
- Additional
undergraduate and graduate studies include the University
of Memphis and seminary studies at Harding University
Graduate School of Religtion in Memphis, Tennessee

Cindy
serves as Advisor on the Board of Directors and also
serves as a facilitator in our support group programs.
She has also volunteered many hours of service to CCMS
in office renovation and clerical ministries. |

Jessica Haines, LMSW, serves as the program manager for the Emergency
Shelter and Home for Girls. Jessica cares for all of
the social work needs of the children in our care and
supervises the daily operations at the two programs.

| Counselor: Betty Siler, MRE |
|
|
 |
|
Betty
Siler, MRE is the counselor for the Home for Girls and
completes crisis counseling as needed at the emergency
shelter.
Betty
served as a houseparent, social worker, counselor and
program director at Tennessee Baptist Children's Home
for nine years (1194-2003). During this time, she received
extensive training from the Girls and Boystown Program
of Omaha, Nebraska |

in religious education with thirty hours of counseling
education
